Quality



           Incoming Inspection:

»  All raw material is received with test certificates of the specified grades, and material is physically inspected to check for any defects.

     »  Raw material is randomly tested in interval to check the composition and confirm it with the received test certificate.

   »  Further inspection to verify the material is crack-free

 

          In-process inspection:

   »  Raw material cuttings are randomly checked by quality inspector to verify the cut length

   »  Cold-forgings are inspected regularly and tested for dimensional accuracy and hardness parameters

   »  Rigorous inspection takes place in the CNC machining section, with set-up approvals, line- inspections to find any rejections.

   »  Appropriate gauges are provided at all work stations. All thread parts and bores are 100% gauge inspected.

   »  Electroplated parts are regularly checked for coating thickness.

   »  Parts are randomly cut and inspected on profile projectorto verify the angles and dimensions are as per drawings.

   » Bending parts are first approved after die changes with angle measurement and drop length verification

 

Final/Pre-dispatch inspection & Testing:

   »  Before dispatch, all material is visually and dimensionally checked by our quality inspectors Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) reports are made on request.

   » Thread gauges(Ring & Plug) are used to inspect thread parts like nuts, males, adaptors, etc. All of our fitting are then packed in boxes in plastic bags and silica gel to prevent corrosion.
